Hi all,
I am having a bit of a problem with the first mission...
I find him, kill him and try to land...
This is where the problems start and finish...
I land and before anything else happens the whole game quits and throws an error report at me...
Help anyone!!!

What error report do you get?

Are you on Mac windows or Unix?
If you are using B2 from Oosat1 then this is a know bug fixed by B3 onwards. Download V1 (the latest version with 21 missions) from the link on my signature.
(There was somthing wrong with the PNG that caused Oolite on the Mac to crash in B1 and B2 of Assassins).

Ok... Here we go...
I was using B2 and thank you for resolving that...
However... Now I have another issue relating to the same thing...
In B2 there were 2 planets in the same place and I would have to fly around the first one to find my target...
Now there is only 1 planet there and I cannot find him anywhere... I have even flown around the sun...
Either I am a really bad assassin or e is just not there... Help!!!!!!!!!

Havent changed the planets.
If there is only one planet in the system then Oolite is not reading the OXP at all. Are you now using V1.0?
Go to AddOns and delete Assassins.oxp.
Re-download and unzip and move the new Assassins.oxp to AddOns.
Are there now two planets in the System?
To check Oolite "knows" assassins is there can you fire up Oolite and say N to load new commander. One the Press Space or Fire Screen use the right arrow to scroll through the ships (you'll need to move past the Native ships). Are you seen ships like "Vintage Adder", "Armoured Passenger Liner", "Nemesis Fighter" etc. If so then Oolite is reading the OXP.
