we are drinking black tea but some people in Turkey find lapsang souchong taste like a fantastic also Jersey milk very new for me :)
I was told that in England we got into drinking tea early - and that much of the tea eventually came from India. The original English pottery could not handle hot liquids (it would crack with boiling hot water - and unlike coffee, tea must be made with boiling hot water) and so the English habit of adding the milk first to the tea cup developed. Porcelain then arrived from China, as did the secrets of making it, and it was then possible to put the boiling hot tea into the porcelain cup first. Hence the English custom of pouring in the milk first and the Irish custom of pouring in the tea first!

Don't know if it is true, but it sounds good!

Jersey (or Guernsey) milk is a special treat - good flavour and higher fat content than the regular. Named after the cows which come from the Channel Islands.

So if was to drop over, can your barman come up with a halfways decent dry martini? And what is the tea like in the café? Any Lapsang Souchong? Or "First Flush" Darjeeling? Are there any buttered tea-cakes on offer? And where are your hermits, anyway?

And did you sort out this unfortunate issue with your miners getting murdered? Hire any guards for them, for example?
Priorities.

My rock hermits in Leesti, this planet has a lot of asteroids, my miners were killed while collecting minerals, I have a 3 defensive pilot and 5 security guards
Are you still losing your miners, or have the losses been stemmed?

And is it making money yet or are you still paying for it?

And - are you enjoying it?

If you're comfortable making edits to the script files, you could do this: In the "hermitage_main.js" file, on line 1030, change this:

Code: Select all

            if (Math.random() < (0.1 * death_chance)) {
to this:

Code: Select all

            if (Math.random() < (0.01 * death_chance)) {
And that should reduce how often your miners don't make it back alive.
