Welcome to the boards, AdmiralEmrah!

My, you've started your Oolite journey with a big, experimental OXP! Not the recommended route, to be sure, but as long as you're enjoying it, more power to you!

The Shipyard blueprint can be obtained from a rock hermit in a TL4 or TL5 system. But only those TL's. You won't find it at a TL6 system or higher. Once you have the blueprint, and given you have all those other resources, you should then have the option to build the shipyard.

But just to be sure, I'll do some tests at my end and make sure what I've just said is correct! There may very well be a bug - this is experimental, after all. I'll report back either way.

I was gone tl5 lave rock hermit but I wasnt found any blueprints, I guess I bought all

Gosh! All that history... loads and loads of it! The Hittites. The Lydians. The Greek colonies. Byzantium. Trebizond. The Seljuks of Rum/Iconium. The Ottomans. Ataturk. It must be wonderful to live in a place with such richness and resonances.

What a shame about the forests - it is so sad when they burn - all those trees which had been growing for decades and looked magnificent and then gone in a flash.

From what I've read it was actually reasonably liberal in a number of ways. Do you feel that adherence to the Hanafi maddhab helped in this?

Ottoman Empire dismemberment been bad thing, Ottoman Empire gives Pax Ottomana. Also in Balkans culturel shopping finished after Ottoman Empire this was says from Theodoros Angelopoulos with Ulysses Gaze film. Hanafi maddhab matter in liberal movement but not too much laisizm more matter. No I dont found in Lave(tech5) Rock hermit shipyard blueprint because I bought this

I buy new ship and I was try rebuy blueprints but I was not found in lvl5 rock hermit, I was buy shipyard blueprints in galcop station but I cant still build shipyard :(

That's weird. You shouldn't be able to buy blueprints at a GalCop-aligned station - they should only be for sale at Rock Hermits.

I am working on this issue, though. I just managed to distract myself with a pile of miscellaneous updates I'd been planning!

Well, I managed to buy the shipyard upgrade - took a while though. A few bugs were squashed along the way. So here's the latest:

Give this version a try. Hopefully I haven't broken your save game with some of these changes. I tried to keep things ordered, but sometimes you just never know until it's in the wild.

And in case anyone is interested, here's the change list:
- Ensured RNG changes don't prevent a Hermitage from spawning.
- Ensured Extra Rock Hermits aren't ever for sale (too many combinations for now).
- Fixed issue where the details of some upgrades were longer than the page length.
- Fixed issue where the maximum cargo storage was not being reflected on the cargo storage management page when the value has changed.
- Fixed issue where upgrade prerequisites were not being highlighted correctly.
- Added more overlays to various screens.
- Added a life support load property to several upgrades, indicating how much load they will place on the Life Support system.
- Added "Power Grid", "Life Support Load", "Service Levels" and "Processing" menu items to Management page.
- Added an MFD with critical station info to help with monitoring of your station while in space.
- Added a book, "Hermitage Operation Guide" to the Ship's Library, which contains all the information from the readme and upgrades files.
- Life Support issues now related to current service level, reliability of the unit and load.
- Reactor and Life Support operational resource consumption is now based on utilisation.
- Tweaked processing resources for reactors and life support units.
- Tweaked techlevel for space extensions.
- Refined display in the equipment storage facility.
- Added a hangar as a item in the facilities list, with a variable power draw based on the number of ships stored.
- Added an administration hub as an item in the facilities list, with a variable life support load based on the number of contractors/defenders/guards currently employed.
- Fixed calculation for the maximum number of ship berths in your personal hangar.
- Tweaked number of hangar spaces available with the different space expansions.
- Transports can no longer be scheduled if you don't have enough credits to pay for it.
- Removed costs from life support units, replaced with operational resource requirements.
- Removed costs from distilleries, weapons manufacturing, narcotics processing, refineries, reactors and market capacities.
- Moved upgrade info from readme.txt file into separate text file to reduce readme.txt file length.
- Removed dependency on Griff's Station bundle OXP.
- Remove shipdata-overrides.plist.
- Made compatible with New Cargoes 2.0
- Some code refactoring.
- Made more compatible with "SW Economy".

Edit: 0.8.12 turns off some testing flags I accidentally left on.
