Duplicated System Names

I was curious about the duplicate system names found throughout the 8 Sectors.

The 2 systems called Inzaan in G8 have been mentioned before here and here.

So I have decided to post the full list here for everyone to see:

Out of these, the Inzaan case is the most interesting to me. Same chart, exact same dominant species, both agricultural, but the government systems are on the opposite sides of the Oolitic political spectrum. That feels ripe for the writing of some kind of lore to explain it; has anyone tried writing any?
Random idea: maybe the anarchic Inzaan is the insects' original homeworld. It was wrecked by some kind of catastrophe (civil war, Thargoid attack, solar flare, whatever) and most of the residents evacuated and settled on another planet that they named Inzaan in memory of their original world while a few stayed behind, surviving best as they could.

Colonial (Insect in this case) systems established at the same time but as a consequence of a civil war.

The war eventually resulted in the habitable destruction of their native planet and the two factions left for different destinations, both choosing the name of their former home for their respective new systems.

The Corperatists would adapt reasonably well into a fledgeling Galcop, however differing fortunes befell the Anarchists.

Unable to attract sufficient trade, Galcop's contribution to policing was minimal. This combined with poor access to necessary resources for some of the higher tech defences meant that this Inzaan became a pirate stronghold. Intertwined through their cultural myths and stories, like some poisonous vine, are ever the figures of the betrayers, the usurpers.

Corporatist Inzaanians recall things rather differently, as one might expect.

Better to just rename one; as it comes, out-of-the-box, it causes this problem:-

function systemIDForName(systemName : String) : Integer
Returns the ID number of a system in the current galaxy based on the system name.
Note: in galaxy 8, there are two systems named "Inzaan". systemIDForName() will return the lower ID, which is 22.
