Selection cycling keys and backward cycling

How you reverse-cycle options with the keys isn't entirely consistent.
Advanced space compass: shift+key to cycle backward.
Primable equipment: shift+key to cycle forward, ctrl+shift+key to cycle backward.
MFDs: ctrl+key to cycle current MFD backward, ctrl+shift+key to cycle MFDs backward.
Primable equipment secondary mode: no way to cycle backward.
IFF scanner: no way to cycle backward.

For consistency, and to make some of the controls more versatile, I'd suggest making all "cycle" type keys accept Ctrl as a modifier for reverse cycling direction. Shift+key as additional reverse cycle method for the compass can be retained for legacy.

Well, true, but it'll be less work for the user if the layout is "logical" right from the start.
