Can I adjust T.16000 Hotas so the ship will coast when I let go of roll or turn?

That's still 2 steps more than I'm capable of. My dancing consists of planting my feet in one spot, hugging my wife, and swaying. In a pinch, I'm pretty sure I could do that to a waltz.
