Killing Ships with Bounty

Hey everyone,

I did a little bit of save game manipulation and now I have a fer-de-lance fully loaded with stuff.( Don't worry, it's not my main save, I have Glorbo Maxima waiting for me at Isinor. )
So I feel like, let's say, forcefully putting a ship out of commission. Forever. If you catch my gist

The question is, if I start attacking a ship with a bounty, will the po-po intervene?
I haven't had a single encounter and I really don't want to find out.

Come on, you can always revert back to your savegame.

Try to pull such a stunt in real life!

maybe I just don't like seeing the Vimana HUD showing all my shinies getting destroyed in a second!

If the ship has a bounty, the answer will most likely be yes, the police will side with you and help. Just make sure no stray shots hit someone without a bounty.
