No news is good news?
My chassis was delayed before I left for vacation (twice expected date pushed back – very annoying). If that's still status when I return I'll just go ahead and cancel and pick another instantly available one. I've waited enough.
Still no urgent need to send over Cody with the scary tools.
I was young, I was naïve.

Vacation? They allow you out for a vacation? We thought that they kept you chained to the desk at Murgh Shipyards after Zora Badú unearthed you!

Murgh's on the loose? Lock up your daughters!
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

Murgh's on the loose? Lock up your daughters!
Murgh the indefatigable constructor is still at his desk, hard at work.
Murgh the prolific ladies' man is still out on the night, conquering hearts.
The man behind the myths is relaxing in a quiet place, glass in hand, recharging.
I was young, I was naïve.

I alternate, but never two-fisting. Maybe a little more white than red.

Hi

Time to upgrade your new machine, young Murgh...
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang unveiled his GPU giant's flagship RTX 40-series graphics cards at GTC today.
24GB of GDDR6X RAM? Good grief!

Murgh, set your detail level to Extra Detail - you are missing the atmosphere effect on Lave and your PC is more than capable of handling it.

Welcome to Planet Micro$lurp! You'll probably be wanting to tweak a few settings in the nVidia control panel too.

And thanks.
The Micro$lurp part hurts a bit.
A friend "in the know" is coming over this weekend to give me the l33t makeover.
More questions will surely follow as I get further into the details..

One of the major ways to speed up Microsoft Windows has always been to shut down a lot of background apps it insists stay running almost 24/7.
So I hope you see improvements from that.
