[Release] Fuel Generator v0.2

Fuel generator allows to synthesize fuel from energy.
Synthesizes 1LY fuel per 1 energy bank. Damage shields due subspace disturbances.

Takes up 5t of cargo space.
Tech Level: 13+.
Price: 20 000 Cr.

Available in package manager (Equipment).

Watch out: You document the fuel generator is available on tech level 13+, however the OXP states otherwise:

Edit: My bad. The number in the OXP is the lower end, not included. So the documentation is right and I will update my display...

I used that equipment quite a lot meanwhile. Especially when you run a huge ship that does not fit fuel stations and cannot dock easily but otherwise has plenty of generators this is a very useful addon.

Unfortunately I lost if when I switched my ship, and now I need to go searching for it again. A map of planets with tech level 13+ would be handy...

Using the galaxies spreadsheet, you should be able to sort the planets by tech-level.
Then look them up on the OOlite Interactive Map. Both are available here.
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

As well as Cody's suggestion, let me recommend Phkb's excellent GalCop Galactic Registry: vital database of the galaxy you are currently in: you can select all TL 13, and then TL14, and then TL15, and then Ascension (TL16) if you are running Famous Planets OXP. There is nothing yet that lets you choose TL13+, although phkb did say that hew wanted to work it in. The only other downside of GalCop Galactic Registry is that it only works when you are docked.
