No OXP installed

No OXP installed
Have added a number of packs, applied the changes and restarted but no files in the add-on directory, the in-game menu says they are installed, what am I doing wrong?

Hi, and welcome aboard. Did you install the expansion packs from the in-game Expansion Manager? If so, they won't be in the
Instead, they'll be in the
AddOns folder.Instead, they'll be in the
ManagedAddOns folder. They work happily from there, and don't need to be in the AddOns folder.

And ... Found them, 7 steps down the tree! I do a restart from the game menu when adding or removing.
