Slow Frame rate in Oolite V1.90

Post by The Mekon »

Greetings all,

Not been on here for Eon's, years anyway :), been playing V1.71? up until yesterday when I went looking for Ex Pack info, saw Oolite now at V1.90 and downloaded it.

Have ported Super Cobra my OXP's and game saves across successfully from V1.71 BUT V1.90 runs too fast, does for me anyway.

On V1.7> play could be slowed down using pause P and horizontal arrow keys.

I have tried PF2 ?, do not have game ruing at present but was wondering ig there is a way to slow the game down, have looked a t keyboard layout, Pilots Imst etc and cannot id a method of slowing game.

Any advice would be much appreciated And have to say the graphics are excellent.

Welcome back. That 'feature' is in dev builds only now. You could download the latest dev build (v1.91) from here.

Install it as a separate version, it'll run fine. Move your saves and OXPs into it. Caveat: some OXPs may no longer work.
