Oolite Wikipedia - some issues

Righty-ho.

I've stuck up a wiki-page for Stranger's Traffic Lights.oxp.

Is there anything that I've missed or mismanaged?

The one thing that I know is that I've yet to weave it into the oxplist page (do I need to follow the order there or is the ordering done automatically by wiki?).

It's best to follow the order when inserting a new item. I think the list can be sorted, but the initial display is based on what's entered on the page.

At the bottom of the (good) wiki pages, you could find an index looking something like that: {{ship-OXP}} or {{weapon-OXP}}, I would recommend that, depending on where your page belongs to you insert the valid index as well.

Here's another hobgoblin (or maybe it should be a Thargon)!

On http://wiki.alioth.net/index.php/User:Stranger the Here be Dragons in section 3.6 (OXPs: Mechanics) links to the new page for Here be Dragons (as does the new link in the OXPLinks table).

Yet the 2 earlier links in section 2.4 (Stranger's Environment: Note) fail to link.

To my eye they seem identical with the working link in 3.6 (from which I created the page).

What am I missing?

It is too big, and I can't seem to resize it. I've played around with the suggestions here https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Images, but all they seem to do is jam it up against either the left or right hand corners of the page without reducing the size in any way.

I tried 'frame', '{800}px' and 'center'. Also 'max-width:100%; height:auto;'

Any ideas?

Sorted: it needed 800px after the filename, not {800}px.

Can't seem to upload pictures to our wiki at the moment: I get this message:

Database error

A database query error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software.

Any ideas? I've tried with half a dozen different things.

I was just about to post on a similar problem:

Attempting to upload an OXZ, a "File appears to be empty..." warning message appears, curtailing further action.

Additionally, the Wiki search is non-functional ATM.

The exact same here.

I also noticed that it was confirming my edits to various pages was taking an eternity. But if I opened another window to that page, my edits had been included on it. Not true for new pictures though.
