'Faster' Maintenance Overhauls

Windows 10 Pro
Oolite v1.88 x64

The time taken for Maintenance Overhauls can be shortened by initiating the overhaul, then doing a quick save.
When you reload your commander, your ship is fully repaired, but the timestamp has only advabced a short time and not the full time required for the overhaul.
