Re: Science Fiction Trivia
Galactica from Battlestar Galactica?
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

Re: Science Fiction Trivia
ok JD got the first Nostromo from Aliens
Disembodied gets the next 2 with Liberator Blakes 7 and Enterprise from Star Trek
cody has a swing and a miss... sorry..
Commander x has number 4 with Serenity from Firefly .
that leaves G. i must admit this one might not be entirely accurate but as far as i can remember it was a one off ship named this. i figure that as a one off it is not a type of ship..lol
clue what is another name for a flower? the answer relates to this ship.

Arthur: OK. Leave this to me. I'm British. I know how to queue.
OR i could go with
Arthur Dent: I always said there was something fundamentally wrong with the universe.
or simply

Not sure about the flower, but the Iain M. Banks novel Excession features a Culture ship called Grey Area.

Gunstar from The Last StarFighter
Most likely wrong as it seems to contradict all the clues

Re: Science Fiction Trivia
Ok for lack of originality I will return to the list of 5
I want 5 space stations from different universes. They have to be a main featured station for instance starbase 375 from Star trek would not count but Deep Space 9 would(and now you cant use that one )

Re: Science Fiction Trivia
The Watchtower, space station HQ of the Justice League of America in the animated JLA TV series.
Downbelow Station, titular location of the novel by C. J. Cherryh.
and if either of those doesn't count for some reason, Thunderbird 5 from Thunderbirds

Re: Science Fiction Trivia
Sector 12 hospital station is the setting for James White's Sector General novels, a bit old-style now but a lot of fun.
OK, I appear to be setting the next question...
Let's see...
Let's have five SF stories / films / whatever where the big surprise is that the story is set in a virtual world. The Matrix is an obvious example, give me five others from five different universes - e.g. you can't have two books / films / comics whatever set in the same universe. This needs to be a major part of the story, not just a one-off blip in something that otherwise has nothing to do with virtual worlds - e.g. Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman had one episode partially set in a virtual world, that wouldn't be acceptable.

The 13th Floor
An entire season of Yu-Gi-Oh was set in a virtual world as well(But I don't think Yu-Gi-Oh will count as Sci Fi)
