Are there any setting or option (or expansion pack) to change mouse controlls Elite2-Frontier style?

If by Elite2 style you mean yaw on x-axis instead of roll, then yes, there is a way. When activating mouse mode, instead of pressing Shift+M, press Shift+Ctrl+M.
