Hey, I was curious, how do Behemoths spawn?
Is it an RNG thing or are they at specific system?

They also get spawned from various other OXP's, Galactic Navy for example uses them either RNG or for missions.
Scars remind us where we've been. They don't have to dictate where we're going.
