Thank you Commander_X!
Your tutorial looks excellent and the images within is a must have for me with small practice.
I think this could be in the Oolite wiki, so if you say your document is licensed under CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0 or so then I can upload it.

Please do, Norby.
The same should extend to the .blend file as well, although someone with better legal skills should check if it's allowed (Blender itself is GPL-ed, and I'm not sure to what extent the .blend files can get their own licenses).

The wiki page of FarPlanets contain 3 links: the core oxp is in my box but the large picture containers are linked further. The best is if you install all of them.
Re: [WIP] FarPlanets OXP v0.4 (Oolite 1.79 recommended)
Downloaded all 3 plus telescope and extender. Will add them in tomorrow.

A quick question.
Will there be any conflict with far planets famous oxz and famous planets oxz?

There shouldn’t be, as they are each doing a different thing. One is updating descriptions, and ne is adding planets.

Wow. Just wow...
It will take a little time to get us to the gravity scanner, but awesome work.

So where does our solar system show up? And under what name?
In ED it's the Sol system.

The Mossfoot story suggests that Sol is just a little 'off the map' from the systems visible in the Galaxy 1 sector map.
Thank you for your time,
