The Falcon-9 lands vertically - terrific stuff!
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills

My new wallpaper, grabbed from the Starman livestream:
Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied

Re: Go SpaceX
Excellent! [twangin' guitars]The final rocket burn of the SpaceX craft carrying Elon Musk's personal Tesla Roadster into the cosmos pushed the billionaire's flash jalopy much further than anticipated. It's now heading out toward the Solar System's asteroid belt rather than swinging close by Mars.

Someone didn't calculate their payload mass, heading, and burn times correctly, by the looks of it. <grins>

Sure it's not a Bond Bug? I once perpetrated some Top Gear / Wallace and Gromit fanfic that had some slight relevance...spud42 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 08, 2018 12:18 pmReliant Robin??? ha ha ha ha Mr Bean would be proud...
