TOGY Memorials OXP

[Smivs]

TOGY Memorials is a plug-in for the Tionisla Orbital Graveyard OXP which adds memorials to deceased Commanders within the monument field at Tionisla.
The memorials take the form of a headstone in funereal purple with a raised gold 'Starbird' motif.
v1.1 includes the new 'Starbird' memorial. The Commander's name is engraved upon the banner section of the starbird.
This OXP is dedicated to the memory of John Tugwell (Commander Ironfist).
