One of these days, I'll get around to making it available in the manager. Mostly, I don't know what's involved in the "new" format and haven't had motivation to look into it.

There are a couple slight code updates I made to this as well. The buoy would fly back to its start point if bumped off position for one.

May I do it for you? As for the download tracking, it appears that the wiki has it (like here). I myself usually don't bother about setting up a wiki page for my little OXPs and I often fight with manifest uploads, but this one is worth it.

Wiki page. I have also updated the OXP list

I have copy/pasted some description text from your site, and the image comes from this thread.

I've added one line in the script.js ("use strict";) in order to prevent oolite from complaining about that in its log, and removed a duplicate instance of the license file in the original zip.

I've put the OXZ in the "ambiance" section rather than in the "ship" section.

I've messed up at least one thing: I left my name as the author in the manifest of the OXZ (I forgot to replace when I created the initial manifest), but it doesn't seem to be visible anywhere else so I didn't bother about making the correction and uploading it again to the wiki (the file is a bit heavy). I'll wait and see if there are other corrections to be made before uploading it again if you don't mind.

I hope it meets your expectations.
