No - you are presumably AO, with the A coming from your dad and the O from your mum. A and B are dominant genes, O is recessive - you test as A if you are AO or AA, and B if you are BO or BB, but you can only be AB if one parent gives you A and the other B, which is impossible with a group O mother.

When I was an educational lab technician and they allowed schools to do blood tests we always told the kids that the tests weren't 100% reliable, the kits we got were cheap ones not intended for medical use and less accurate. In fact they were just as reliable, but you had to allow for kids who were unknowingly adopted, had a father difficult from the official one, and so forth. These days I think all schools use simulated tests with chemicals instead of real blood and antigens.

just curious, i donate blood to the redcross and they said i was A- and gave me a keyring thing with it on. had that thing on my car keys for 30 years now!!

Just a thought....do vampires keep their original blood group when they are 'turned', or do they take on the blood group of the 'biter'? Do they have a blood group at all? We need to know!

A vampire would probably find the taste of a zombie revolting and its blood useless, if the idea behind vampires is that they're fuelled by the "Vitae" of their victims (a zombie, being dead, has none), and presumably can't vampirise it either. And I think zombification can't happen to someone who's already dead, so apart from a pissed-off vampire tearing the zombie to shreds I doubt that much happens.
