Adding "1.85" to the options on the "Manage Expansion Packs" page

I just noticed that the "Oolite version" field on the "Manage Expansion Packs" page only goes up to 1.84. The same is true for the "Maximum Oolite version". If someone who has the keys gets the time it would be useful to have a "1.85" option added.

It's in https://github.com/OoliteProject/oolite ... config.php - I'll try to update it tomorrow ready for deployment to the site.
