No easy run, no Condition Green.
The red/yellow sticks fill my scanner screen.
Pirates have targeted me,
And I have to fight them or flee.

Where are the Vipers to be found?
Oh someone tell me, 'cause the GalCop
must have a squad of ships around.

But I'm in a laser jumble
where I'm dodging fire.
Roll and tumble, oh man,
My weapons temp' gets higher.


Killed off two fugitives, but I'm not free.
Firing at my aft shields are another three!
So I have to find a way to waste 'em,
Or I'll never make it to the station.

I will always fight them, take 'em down.
No-one will help me so I..
I got to do this myself, No help around.

In this laser jumble, I say
All the bounties for me, now.
Fur ball tumble, oh..
The last one tries to flee now


I'm still alive. But not these guys. Took 'em down, yeah!

Survived the laser jumble
No more dodging their fire
Laser jumble, oh man
My ranking just got higher.

I got to feed my trumble.
You name it, they eat it.

I think a wiki page consisting of links to forum posts would be more appropriate. That way, there is no thread to get polluted, derailed, or buried, and the songs can be posted anywhere (in their own thread, as a reply to some other post, etc.. even externally). So rather that try to organize the posts themselves, just put an index on top.

Much like the  List of Oolite Stories, yes it will.

I just created this:  List of Oolite Songs.
It contains what I was able to find by trawling the fiction forum, including your latest 'trigger happy' song. I'm sure there are more gems hidden among the forums, that deserve more visibility. (So if anyone knows of songs/lyrics that are not yet in the list, please add them...)
