Trim the "Development version..." text and that second one is box-cover art.
It's very atmospheric, but I'd choose something with the craft rolled about 20-30 °r; to the right, so the whole visible surface is lit.
Gloom is atmospheric, but doesn't show off the graphics very well. "Looking for a black cat in a coal cellar at midnight" syndrome.
HTF do you get HTML entities (e.g., the degree symbol) into this posting engine.

That's why I was thinking back-cover of the 'box' with the empty space leaving room for descriptive blurb and perhaps the odd screenshot or two.

OK so... here's my first go at screenshot making. Nothing too fancy, but they aren't bad either.

Click on the images to retrieve the actual high-res version.

Not half bad. but ... you've painted your Cobra (?) in Desert Camouflage?? So you'll blend into the CO2 snows and tholins of a passing asteroid while youre trying to hide from the Ferdie with the attitude and a super-cooled military laser?
Actually, I've never tried landing on an asteroid - or next to the access shaft of a rock hermit. Something to try tonight.

Actually I didn't paint it... this is how the Cobra Mk. II looks like in Griff's Retexture with Shaders Shipset OXP :)

A multidock carrier is attacked by thargoids, this time the destroyer is on the right side,
spamming his plasma and launching his fighters...

Is that a damaged energy bomb? <grins> Sweet!
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!
