Yeah, car-horns on your ship.

Of course, in space no one can hear you cursing the git that just drifted into your docking route.

Oh you mean porn-spam

That's what military lasers are for!
The act of talking b*ll*cks whilst waving one's arms about wildly is referred to as testiculation.

Presumably these work in the same way as the 'seismic mines' used in 'Attack of the Clones'

Go to the memberlist https://bb.oolite.space/memberlist.php and sort via Joined Date in descending order (most recent joined is #1). It looks like almost all members who are listed first name-last name (ex. Tamara-White, Bette-Davis, etc.) are suspect. ALL of the recent suspect members have websites attached to their member profile (unless all of the new members are Legitimate Canadian Pharmacists who love Retro Gaming).

I have no answers, but the search through the memberlist was illuminating.

Indeed illuminating.
Although I count only one from canada and it's a plastic surgeon, the rest are from USA or united states.

Another sure indicator are words such as 'FAT', 'teen' or 'dick' somewhere in the name.

I wonder why so many spam-members are there but don't spam?

You were right.

Russian Bride was just a incongruous white blip yesterday, but now she is offering 10.000 Snofixti brides! Damn the torpedoes, launch the bomb!

We should use these usernames as names for the pilots of boy racers. Equally irritating. And the solution is the same.

I'll say this, "Discussion" is the only forum that we have seen them in.
I know that I am low tech, but could we set up a spam-only discussion at the top of the forums, and continue our enlightened discussion about our space game in another forum?

Been away for 3 weeks, and thought id catch up on stuff, only to be bombarded with posts from sick wierdos! I know they say the internet is an enlightening thing, but how does someone come up with the idea "I know, I'll fill a decent website, visited by decent people with lots of sick S**T!" I'm sure there are LOTS of sick websites for people to ply their trade. This is disturbing to say the least!
