is it possible to influence the shipyard ( outside of the many ships.oxps ) in such a way that it will show all ships available for its TL?
In addition to the 'random' ships forsale i would like to see all ships available for its TL without any equipment added.
is it possible to influence the shipyard?

Not that I'm aware of.. the Shipyard only displays the ships available at that particular Station.
Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied

I think that will all the variety we have now in terms of liveries, models, multiple lasers mounts and equipment, letting OXPs influence the shipyard in a similar way commodities market becomes more and more interesting.
