5LY fuel max?

I installed a lot of expansion packs before I started playing. One of them seems to have reduced my maximum fuel to 5 light years (5ly). I've removed the expansion packs that had anything to do with fuel, but the limit still exists (I start a new game each time). Is there any way I can temporarily toggle certain expansion packs to try to figure out what is limiting my fuel to 5ly? I'd rather not have to uninstall all of them and do the split half debugging method with the current interface.

That sounds like 'Hyperdrives' to me.
If you have that one installed then try removing it.
