Hi, just looking for some quick answers to some things that are bugging me.
The in-game mod manager isn't working. Nothing downloads. Is that because the wiki's down?
I find the backup wiki keeps insisting i have to install PHP ...is there any way around this needless hassle? I feel like i'm having to jump through a lot of hoops just to get me some mods. Into which is there anywhere else I can browse a list of mods, particularly most popular and updated ones? Wikis don't tend to list things in any way other than chronologically
Very frustrated trying to get mods

Most likely, but try it now as the Wiki has been fixed - and welcome aboard, Commander!Chak wrote:Is that because the wiki's down?
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

Hi Chak, and welcome!
Sorry about the download issues with the add-ons, they are indeed dependent on the wiki being available, that's where they are hosted. Since a few minutes the wiki is available again, so please try again.
About the backup wiki: Thanks for notifying me... Needs some fixing now that the main wiki is available again.

Popularity is a good question. Download counter usually exist if the packages stored in the wiki, you can see in the wiki page of the oxp next to the download link if the author added it.
There are a few list of personal favorites and I have a best of list from my works, perhaps you can consider to popular which are mentioned in more places.
There is an Ambience Collection metapackage which install about 50 most wanted/low risk packages in one step.
