How to disable shift-q (insta-quit)?
I hit it sometimes by accident in the middle of a fight and that's very, very, very, very, very ,very, very, very, very frustrating every time.

If there are no objections by any Windows or Linux users, I am very tempted to disable Shift+Q and leave only Shift+Esc as instant quit.

No objections here, Admiral.
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

Having looked at the code a bit, it looks like Shift-Q is a Windows-only thing. This looks like an inconsistency that needs to be taken care of. I don't see why the Windows port needs this extra key combo (which is also hard-coded by the way). Will remove it later today.
