"The Expanse" series from SyFy
Anyone else seen this series? If you haven't, I highly recommend it!
It includes the most realistic space-combat scene I've seen in SF for... well, ages:

And here's some Oolite-y vibes of leaving a station in this clip!

Seems it's on Netflix, Not that I use that either.spud42 wrote:nice one. looking into it now.. was this ever on over in OZ? or was it foxtel only?
The first season has aired, 10 episodes and has been approved for a season 2
I watched the first 2 episodes, as they came out. They were 10 months apart?? seemed a bit slow but got the impression it was doing more about character development. So decided to wait for the first season. Then do my usual and binge watch it like a movie. Well a ten hour movie, better set up the supplies.
Had totally forgotten about it till seeing it here.
LOOK OUT!!!

I watched the first two episodes. Thanks for pointing us at this series. Seems nice. Waiting how the story develops further.

You could switch on to the books! Once the TV set the visuals, the words just ... make it better!spud42 wrote:ok release season 2 already...lol
