ok, so far I have located the collector.

I am going for your Collectors Addon, it seems there's some sideffects with Distant stars 0.0.4 oxp.

I had no trouble finding and approaching it with Wildeblood's Distant suns oxp or without Distant stars.

Yes, the classic clash of planetinfo.plist files, where a manually installed addon override managed ones. I write a pm to Rustem so we probably will solve this, until then you can put the oxz of The Collector into your Addons folder, with some luck this is enough. If not then move the other into your managed folder or edit the plist to match to mine.

No problem. I just disabled distant stars for the time being. I just finished #7 anything after #8? Or am I done with it.

So where is Devil's Triangle? I hear that these area names were removed from the game. If so, is this mission broken now or do you just need to magically know what area that is. Also, if it says (#2) does that mean galaxy two?

As you see this mission is not a shoot 'em up type, need thinking instead and aim to improve your investigation skills, including wiki and forum search usage. ;) From this viewpoint even the above link to the triangle is a spoiler, but if a new player take the job and find it this deeply in this topic then probably he deserve it so no problem that it is here.

The #2 show your progress in the mission. Galaxy was mentioned in a message: tnynkl bs gur snzbhf Ynir flfgrz. Sooner or later you will figure out that better if you read the numbered messages slowly and memorize or even write down all details.

These named regions are not and never have been part of the core game. They were developed as part of the Vector Maps project to give players a more interesting Ooniverse, and some OXPs use them for various purposes, including adding overlays to the Chart screens. I understand that these no longer work properly due to improvements in the core game Charts, such as the zoom feature.

Hi Norby. I'd have PM'd, but the forum software won't let me because I'm too new.

I think I'm on the right track with #5, but I've spent days making attempts at it, and I'd like to check I'm not wasting my time. I don't want to post spoilers on the forum - would you send me a PM so I can reply?
