I would love to see an optional Frontier mouse control scheme implemented. I never did like the old airplane-style controls in space where there is no atmosphere. Oolite rules, though. Just saying an option for the people who prefer mousing would be nice.
I didn't think the controls were that hard to use, it's just inverse, and if you don't like it you can always reassign the keys. Also it doesn't matter if there is an atmosphere or not it's the way a ship (or plane in real life) is designed.

Yeah, I was beggining to think I was speaking in riddles. I'm not arguing about anything, though. I'd pay good money for a Frontier-style mousing control scheme to be implemented. Literally. I love Oolite!
ah ha, I see, well it was confusing and difficult at first, but now that I'm use to it, it doesn't seem like a big deal. I tried using the mouse one of the first times I tried it and didn't like it, but it totally makes sense why you would use a joystick. My problem is just that my stupid dad got a joystick that doesn't work with our Mac! In the end, I always do the computer purchases now.
