Hello everyone!
It seems I've messed up big time. I've been unable to find a phase scanner after installing the black market OXP, so I decide to check my save file. I changed
Code: Select all
<key>mission_Smuggling_PhaseScannerAvailable</key>
<string>0<f/string>
to
Code: Select all
<key>mission_Smuggling_PhaseScannerAvailable</key>
<string>1<f/string>
Unfortunately, my save file did not like this, and now it refuses to load. Changing this back did not help.
Could someone help me out? I am flying a supercobra, which is a rather old OXP. I also installed the asteroid tweaks, but just removed it.
Thanks!

Okay, so it turns out that "f" should not have been there. A rather simple fix. Goes to show you should always check before you save your edits, and make copies of your save before messing with it. Sorry to bother you all!

<stirs from slumber> Did someone say something?
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

Maybe change the thread title to 'solved'?

Done! I felt like I should have deleted the thread considering how I was able to solve it in about ten minutes, but I think I've come down with a case of midterm madness.
Thanks again, and sorry to bother you all!

Don't worry - Typos are a constant problem, and we have all suffered from them at some point!
