Deposed problem

Hello! I've been playing the Deposed mission, and have been invited to join Zskthak at Bigbob's Bang Burgers on Esarqure station. I'm docked at the station, but nothing is happening. Did anyone else have this problem? I'm using oolite 1.82 Did Bigbob's go under?

It's been a while but I do remember I had issues getting that meeting to fire. It's listed as complete in my save but I can't remember what I did to get past that point. I do seem to remember fiddling with something, either in the OXP or my Save.

I was a bit scared at first, but changing pirate2 to pirate3 made the screen appear.
