New MBP, new install - planetary database map not viewable

Post by Naje Apul »

Hi there,

Running a new MBP, OSv10.11.2 (El Capitan), and just installed the latest Oolite 1.82

2.7GHz i5 Processor, 8GB RAM

All seems to be working well, except that when I go to the planetary database, I can only view planets in the bottom right corner of the map. I don't know how else to explain it, but the rest of the map is blank, and I can only sort of scroll around in the bottom right of it. I also can't seem to search within the map.

Help!

Hi and welcome.

This looks like a Retina display problem. There is a known issue on github about that and I think a test build too, that could maybe be of help. Link: https://github.com/OoliteProject/oolite/issues/152
