Roll Limiter - My First OXP

One thing to think about, perhaps: can the Roll Limiter be damaged? And if so, can it be repaired? If it can be damaged, in some respects it becomes more of a player-advantage, as it can absorb a hit that might have been heading for a more critical system.

At this point, no it cannot be damaged. I think of it as more of a software patch that will work in any ships navigational computer rather than an actual piece of equipment. As such it cannot be damaged.
