Wiki OXP list, v1.80 and OXP/OXZ compatibility

Diablo advocatus: it might be simpler and clearer to delete most OXZs from the list and make it a list of all those expansions not available via the manager.

My argumets to keep them:
- you can click on the title of the last colum (renamed to "Z") to see the OXP-only list,
- not so simpler, still must decide one by one and do the administrative work,
- the brief summary column is not exists in the OXZ list so the info here will be lost if removed,
- some packs has new name, category or authors, so keep here the old OXP specific info and the OXZ list contain new data.

The whole Z column conversion is finished in [wiki]OXP List[/wiki].

Thanks Norby. The OXP list has been eating at me for quite a while, and how out of date that end column was in terms of the latest release.
