Default primable equipment

Recently i switched to a new ship. After fully equipping it, i had 1 primeable equipment.
I set to both offensive & defensive primable shortcut.
Saved game, checked savefile and found :

Launched and found n & b did nothing, i had to use Shift-n to activate it.

Redocked, saved and checked savegame again :

Maybe "F4 > manage primable equipment" could be expanded to allow setting which device is active upon launch ?
(none and "don't change" should be 2 of the choices i think).

When a device is primed, it stays that way until you quit or load a savegame.
If you save when a device is primed, that is stored in the samegave .

However, after installing your first primable device you have to launch to be able to prime it.
If you die before you saved with that device primed, you will be in same situation.
This gets annoying fast, especially if the primable device helps your attack or defense and might have prevented the death.
