Oolite keymapper

I had deleted the keymapper that came with the game, because I'm stingy with diskspace, heh... (never thinking one day I'd want to reshuffle some controls...) so I downloaded the one (1.40) on Oolite's portal, under downloads;

however when I unzip the file, I get a generic icon, and when I click it, I have to choose a program to run it

Is the keymapper totally unavailable now?

I just re-downloaded the whole Oolite game, but the keymapper isn't in there anymore

I took it out of the extras because it as becoming out of date.

I fear I probably have to write a key definer for inside the game - I've ducked that responsibility too long.
