well it was from the forsale section on Overclockers Australia forum. its in new condition and the springs are very firm. no wear on any buttons and the guy said he bought it but only used it a few times.lol.
i do think its my heavy hand due to excessive spring pressure.. in the effort to move it in one way ( note avoiding use of direction here... lol ) i am moving in another axis( better) ... basically im not pushing straight i am also pushing left or right as well....

That could well be it, then.. and yes, deadzone is the best way to compensate for that..spud42 wrote:i do think its my heavy hand due to excessive spring pressure.. in the effort to move it in one way ( note avoiding use of direction here... lol ) i am moving in another axis( better) ... basically im not pushing straight i am also pushing left or right as well....
Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied

Joystick response is now fully under user control. You can refer to Dizzy's instructions on the wiki for how to use the feature. Link:
