[Release] Simon B's Favorites

Simon B has kindly given a permission to finish and upgrade his unfinished sb-faves to Oolite 1.79. And here it is. Before I go on to details I must say that I'm amazed of Simon's skill of producing very good looking textures in a relatively low resolution. There were 7 ships in the pack and I dropped one out, Salamander. The reason is that there is a Salamander in Staer9's pack already. Custom shaders by Keeper. And here are the ships and modifications I have done:

1. Aphid. Original concept by 8-Bit Apocalypse. I have reviewed the original Aphid and fiddled the stats as close to those as possible. The wiki documentation about the Aphid is now quite accurate.

2. Cobra Rapier. Original concept by Wolfwood. As with Aphid, the stats match wiki now.

3. Cobra Cutlass. Concept by Simon B, based on Rapier. In practice a Rapier with two extra engines. I have balanced the stats based on Rapier. Less Cargo space, harder to handle, more speed and more thrust. Rare and quite expensive.

4. Wolf Mark I. Original concept by Wolfwood. This was actually Simon's Wolf Mark II, but since there already a Griff's Wolf Mark II, I decided to make Wolf Mark I out of it. Stats match wiki.

5. Cobra Clipper SAR. Original concept by Murgh. Murgh's stats as base and keeping in mind that this is a modded Cobbie, I have hopefully managed to balance this ship. A little scripting has been added in too following Murghs oxp. Care has been taken not to conflict with the original Cobra Clipper SAR or Escape Capsule Locator. This one should work with them just fine, if someone fancies them.

6. Cobra Clipper. Original concept by Murgh. A modded Cobra Clipper used by bounty hunters. More missiles, aft laser and less cargo space.

Release version (1.0) is now available from the expansion manager. There were about 10 downloads for the test version and since no-one reported anything, I assume there are no show-stopping faults there.

A couple of fixes:

* Fixed Cobra Clipper SAR max cargo (5->10).
* Defined a repopulator for restocking SAR ships.

Corrected Cobra Clipper SAR Wiki page too, it said max cargo with extension is 25. That's not true, its 15.

Version 1.0.1. Now SAR populator script correctly steps aside, if Escape Capsule Locator oxp or Cobra Clippers oxp is present. It was supposed to do that in the previous version already...

This OXZ is giving me a crash to desktop with the current trunk (1.81.0.5836-140712-eb54db0). The debug console complains:

One problem I'm having with the Aphid, though. The random colouring I've introduced for the ball portion doesn't "stick"... I'm guessing maybe because the ball is a subentity...? The random colouring stripe I've put on the "wings" sticks (i.e. stays on a ship, e.g. you see an Aphid in the shipyard, and every time you look at it, the colours are the same; right now, the ball is changing colour every time you look at it, but the wings' stripe stays the same). Other possibility is that I'm looking at an Aphid that was generated and saved prior to my introduction of the random colouring (but then why would the stripe on the "wings" be saving?).

I might have to fly around a bit until I find another shipyard with an Aphid and see if that resolves itself. If the problem is that the ball portion is a subentity, then I have no idea how to make the introduction of a random colour "stick" on it. I've never had to worry about it with ships before as previously I've never had colouring on subentities. I guess I should just swap the ship around so that the ball is the main part and the "wings" are the subentities (which really makes more sense anyway) -- then just remove the coloured stripe I have on the wings.
