Four more OPXs converted

Post by aen32 »

Hello all,
I just converted these four OXPs to OXZ-format:

griff prototype boa.oxp -> oolite.oxp.Griff.PrototypeBoa.oxz
Griff_Shipset_Addition_v1.23.oxp -> oolite.oxp.Griff.ShipsetAddition.oxz
Griff_Shipset_Resources_v1.2.25.oxp -> oolite.oxp.Griff.ShipsetResources.oxz
Dragon 1.72.2 -> oolite.oxp.Wyvern.Dragon.oxz

I want to add these files to the expansion list found at http://www.oolite.org/oxps/.
Where do I get an account for this?

G'day, and welcome aboard, aen32! 8)

I'd like to commend you for your enthusiasm; however, given that both Griff and Cdr. Wyvern are still active on this board, I rather think it would be their prerogative to upload OXZ versions of their own ships, when they're ready to do so, wouldn't you agree?
Griff_Shipset_Addition_v1.23.oxp
Griff_Shipset_Resources_v1.2.25.oxp
There is also the matter that the ships in these packs (and possibly the prototype Boa as well) are known to have numerous shader problems, when running on Oolite 1.80, which Griff has recently fixed, in preparation for releasing updated bundles himself. :wink:
Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied
