Upgrading to Oolite 1.80

Post by Getafix »

The long-awaited new stable release for Oolite has officially gone public. (<--- Follow the link to read the announcement)

Oolite 1.80 is a major release coming with a large number of features. The oolite-update command tool will still upgrade your installation
to version 1.80, however, the suggested way to move from a previous release to Oolite 1.80 is to use the installer delivered by the download
page
of the brand new www.oolite.org.

Please, note that if you have a previous version of Oolite installed from a Linux distro repository, you should first uninstall it and then proceed
with the installer provided by the www.oolite.org download page.
