Equipment screen layout

Shouldn't the weapons (lasers, missiles, bombs) be listed separately from the rest of your equipment on the Ship's manifest?

And if you want to get fancy about it, perhaps have a line diagram on the screen showing weapons and their locations on the ship?

I believe that in 1.79/1.80 it's possible to list the equipment in any order you want, but that it requires manually editing a file to do so..

As for the diagram.. nice idea.. maybe we'll see it in 1.82, since 1.79 is now in feature freeze. <does happy-dance>

been thinking about that and got a brain tinkle so went searching: found a cobra III weapons layout that is interesting:

Oh wow... that's an interesting idea... and yeah, why not make the entire equipment and weapon layout show up on a diagram? Maybe have two screens, one for weapons, one for equipment. The only downside is that the number of OXPs out there can end up adding a lot of equipment, probably too much to show all on a diagram. But it would add a nice touch if you could somehow manage it
