right on commander

If I remember correctly from the MSX version of ELITE I used to play,
the right on commander message also was displayed each time a new elite ranking is reached.
I checked the code (v660) and it seems it only displays it every 256 kills.
Anyone else remember this more accurately?

BBC Elite definitely had "Right On, Commander!" messages every 256 kills.
