Hoopy loopy

I hadn't bothered with visiting a Hoopy casino at all for a long time although I had installed the oxp; I figured that until I had a bit of "disposable income" to spare, it would be a foolish venture. But now that I have some savings, I tried it out.

It wasn't long before I discovered that the winning ring was always the left one! This is not intentional, is it? Was this just some freak glitch, or is this standard operation? It would be pretty silly if it was intentional. Talk about a game breaker.

No it's not intentional - there's a problem with the RNG that's causing this to happen I think I may have to put in a fix.

UPDATE: It may also have to do with the version of Oolite used. I've altered (slightly) how scripts work and it may have had an effect. v1.65rc is definitely recommended.

Just to be sure I've committed a fix ensuring proper random numbers from d100_number (r662).
