When a ship has a cloak, just what is necessary, energy-wise, to enable it? A certain amount of energy, measured absolutely? Or a certain percentage of the ship's energy? Something else?
I think I knew the answer, but I've forgotten. I need the answer for revising one of my OXPs. So: anyone want to enlighten me, please? Thanks.

75% to enable, 50% to keep it running.
