My box has gone over it's bandwidth limit

Post by spara »

Recently released RandomHits caused the monthly bandwidth limit of my box account to hit the roof :(. My oxps will be on-line again next month, except Anarchies facelift, which is under my secondary account. If someone desperately wants some of my oxps before they are available again, drop me a line and I'll put it to the secondary account.

Thanks JazHaz. I already copied it to my secondary account:

I'll update the links in the wiki and the forum.

It's worth noting that several of us have spare bandwidth at Box - Griff has use of an emergency folder in my Box, for example.
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

Probably a combination of its relatively large size with several versions over a short period.

I have given collaborator access to spara to a "spara's oxps" folder on my box.

Yep, it is a great oxp that creates a lot of downloads. It was always a problem one for that reason when it was in my box account. Since I added Random Hits to my box account, I always reached > 75 % of my bandwidth at the end of the month. Now it is much bigger it will even be a bigger problem. :(

Yep. Let's see if it cools down a bit now that it's finished.

Thanks. I made a secondary download link that points there.

Now it has cooled down to ~5-10 downloads/day. If it stays there, then my secondary account's bandwidth should be adequate. We'll see.
