Hey guys,
After finding how to get into the code and editing and re-saving the saved game (energy bomb false to true) I thought I'd just try and write the cloak into the space it looked like it should go and re-save. When I loaded the saved game it worked.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Going to get back into the Ooniverse. :D
