When you bought the Escape Pod option, your HUD changed to a Red, White and Blue theme.
I liked that, nothing seems to happen like this in Oolite.
Can I get this anyway?

There is nothing like that available as far as I know.
It could (quite easily) be done by OXP, but with the plethora of HUD OXPs available doing this for the standard HUD only is probably the only way to approach this sensibly, and I suspect it would have only limited appeal even amongst standard-HUD users.
Most of us OXP-ers started by doing little tweaks for ourselves, so if you get the urge to have a go, be warned
